"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"Love the space and cleanliness. Great location, walking distance to several train stations. Shower and water pressure is good. There is an underground walkway from Osaka Station to the hotel. Noted: You can hear every train went by; if you are a light sleeper beware. "

"있을건 다 있고 없을건 없다는 느낌의 호텔. 조식을 보면 대충 그 호텔의 급이 보이는데(개인적인 의견) 흔히 나오는 메뉴가 없는건 아니지만 나름 로테이션도 돌리고 부가적인 메뉴도 나오는 등 신경을 쓴다는게 느껴짐 (고기도 구워준다) 다만 가성비의 경우 비수기인지 싸게 나온걸 낚아챈 케이스라 평가불가. 욕탕이 있다는 점은 엄청난 메리트인데 막상 라이브 다녀온뒤 뻗어서 사용을 못한점이 아쉬웠다... 시설은 오래된 시설을 리모델링한 느낌? 부분적으로 옛날 느낌이 남아있긴 한데 주요 설비는 계속 업데이트 되고 있다는걸 느낄 수 있었다. (단자라던가 샤워시설이라던가) 거리는 오사카성홀에서 체감 5분 좀 넘는정도? 1층에 편의점 있는것도 꽤 메리트일지도. 프런트 정문이 순환선과 연결되어있으므로 (교바시) 교통도 나쁘지 않다. 오사카성홀 라이브 목적으로 근접지 찾는다면 추천할만함."
