"Great location, comfortable bed. It is cramped, but it’s a hostel after all. I’d stay again if I return to Tokyo. I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service."

"It felt like a home away from home. Located in a charming small town area minutes from bustling Ikebukuro by train, you can get a glimpse of daily life in residential Tokyo. I stayed in the bunk bed room on the upper floor. It was a comfy bed and it never got uncomfortable, though I wasn't sure whether the light in the room is supposed to be left on or not. "Well in short. Terrible Experience and if there is an option to give -5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 4 5 then I give them -5. Not recommended at all. Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"
