"The location around it is still under construction but there was nothing going on, on the weekend we stayed. Called up, got parking easily, access to the building, and in the apartment in minutes. Great apartment. Well layed out with everything you need in it. A few small parks around the car park area which were nice for my little ones. The only negative id say which is outside of the conpanies control is that every car that used the disabled bays werent disabled drivers. I think there was 8...

"My mom, cousin, and I enjoyed this well-maintained, quiet, and convenient apartment by the beach. I watched the sunrise one morning across the beach horizon and thought it would have to be much more beautiful in the Summer months...very nice. The spaces and clean, nicely designed and decorated, and most of the days we thought we were alone in the house as the hosts and their quest(s) were very quiet. I have recommended this place to several people already and would come back for sure if plans...

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Great fir a weekend for two in Brighton, very central, lovely location. Lovely apartment, basic but everything you need and everything worked as expected. Lots of stairs, not abproblem for us, but worth noting. Would definitely use again."

"Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price."

"Excellent communication with host, and the property was just as described. Being very close to the train station it's very easy to get to Brighton. A few minutes walk away is an excellent pub - The New Port Arms and a well reviewed cafe/restaurant The Port Kitchen. Would definitely stay there again."
