"The property is fine and the staff are terrific. There are very few reasonably priced restaurants in the area. The White Spot Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food they offer. It does offer a ten percent discount to hotel guests. However $22.00 for a take out salad that comes with something that doesn't even resemble cutlery was horribly disappointing. Great Value Hotel!!!! Just eat elsewhere."

"The place is absolutely incredible. Was within walking distance of where all the festivities for Grey Cup weekend. We also mentioned it was my daughter's birthday and they left a great surprise in the room in that day. Would stay here over and over again anytime I'm in Vancouver. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Our room was neat, clean. Even happier to have been upgraded to a suite. Spacious bathroom. No complaints. staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the casino attached to the hotel. Highly recommend the River Rock Hotel. I would stay here again"
