"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

"Amazing views and who does not love morning hello's from 2 cute donkeys and a llama. The property owners were just amazing and so sweet, helped us out getting a surprise cake there since we were arriving late. The house was all lit up for our arrival and plenty of dishes and goodies to cook with. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Just a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive!"

"This place was great! The hosts kept the inside very clean and honestly had all items that may be necessary to be used. Cooking pans, utensils, single stove burner, radio, etc — which was so nice. We loved how it felt isolated yet still close to town as well as Enchanted Rock. The livestock were also a plus! They came right near the Tiny House and we got some great pictures. Most of all, we loved that we were able to bring our pup and genuinely had the best weekend and stay."

The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite."

A bit outside of Fredricksburg, but we loved the trees, sunsets/sunrises, wildlife, nearness of many wineries and easy access to Albert Dancehall. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!"

"The Breezy Hills Cabin was very efficient and gave our family of 3 a nice place to relax for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our adult daughter was comfortable on the pull out couch in the living area. After a day out, the cabin provided what was needed for a weekend stay and able to cook a meal as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the deer and star gazing. Without wifi or tv, we unplugged and enjoyed the surroundings and each other."
