"The Breezy Hills Cabin was very efficient and gave our family of 3 a nice place to relax for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our adult daughter was comfortable on the pull out couch in the living area. After a day out, the cabin provided what was needed for a weekend stay and able to cook a meal as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the deer and star gazing. Without wifi or tv, we unplugged and enjoyed the surroundings and each other."

"Very comfortable cabin in a quiet location, but convenient to restaurants and shops with a short drive. Interior tastefully decorated by Lynn and property remodeled and maintained by Jerry. They also provided corn to feed the deer right off the back porch! The deer apparently expect their Jerry and Lynn snack at least twice a day, so I complied! I would highly recommend this property."

"We drove in Friday in time for lunch, walked and shopped Main Street until our check in time. After check in, we got to relax in the hot tub before getting ready for dinner. The restaurant/ bar was just a short walk away! On Saturday, we did several wine tours, got a pizza, and watched a movie on the couch! We both checked off several places we wanted to visit, but never once felt rushed or stressed. Everything about this trip was so easy, and I know this has A LOT to do with where we stayed....

"This is the perfect place for a couple and a couple of dogs. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. Parking, private walk, fenced yard for the dogs with poo station. We traveled with our Boston Terriers. There's plenty of room for setting up a kennel. Smart floorplan. We will return! "

"Deer and turkeys were around the property and we enjoyed watching them. Good beds. Kitchen was efficient. Ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. Insufficient number of towels (3 towels for 4 people). In the welcome book the wi-fi information was incorrect. No information for the tv or light fans. The wi-fi information was in the email. We would rent this property again. Enjoyed our time there!"

"The property was close to everything downtown but out of the hustle and bustle so you could relax and unwind. The house was clean and cutely decorated. We enjoyed seeing a few deer and neighborhood was safe for my daily walks. I would only say bring laundry detergent if you plan to use the washer/dryer as there was none. We would definitely stay again!!"
