"Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend."

"It’s our third time staying here and we love it. It’s clean, it’s comfy, and we like the location too! It’s a really quiet area. 100% recommended. "

"Great location if you want to be close to shopping and not have to drive anywhere. A little noisy in the early morning hours but very quiet at night. The amenities are nice, I.e. hot tub, shower however the bathroom only has one functional hook and not much counter space. We appreciated the Keurig but fridge is small and has no freezer for ice storage. Overall a good time. "

"We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! "

The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. They are not transparent in their listing. That's strike one. They don't leave the space you're in while...
