The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries...
