"The stay was great. It was quiet and secluded. Amenities were in great shape and was in a great location. The only issues I had were that the A/C settings on the thermostat would not go under 74 degrees so the house would get a little warm at times. Also, there was a constant beeping coming from the garage heard throughout the house and especially in the bedroom by the garage. No one could sleep in that room because of the beeping. There was no access to the garage to try and stop the beeping....

"We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!"

"This property is at the top of a hill with great views of a beautiful ranch. There was plenty room for 10 family and friends with large kitchen, dining and outdoor dining space. We spent most of our time on the back porch or around the fire pit. This place is great, would highly recommend."

The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."
