"I didn’t realised that immigrants are staying at that hotel. Kids are wondering around at the car park and playing. Security are all round. I didn’t expect security at the hotel. First when we enter bit worried. But later we are fine inside our room."

When I an down to reception I was told the water to the whole hotel was cut off. I would expect to have been told this on check in and at least offered drinking water."
