"I didn’t realised that immigrants are staying at that hotel. Kids are wondering around at the car park and playing. Security are all round. I didn’t expect security at the hotel. First when we enter bit worried. But later we are fine inside our room."

"The receptionists and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel is in a clean/rejuvenated area of Stockport and is itself modern and clean. Despite the train station outside, and bearing in mind we had a room looking directly at the trains/station, there's zero noise from outside. Unfortunately on the first night there were 2 rooms that were having a party or something (they kept going in and out of each others rooms, talking very loudly and playing...

"everything seemed great on check in however when we got to our room there was no hot or cold water (which was not great as I needed to have a shower, get ready for a party!) When I an down to reception I was told the water to the whole hotel was cut off. I would expect to have been told this on check in and at least offered drinking water."
