"MY Place is located in a rather pedestrian neighborhood in Hamburg, but once one arrives at the hotel, the situation changes dramatically. The hotel, while quite small, is very handsomely appointed, esp. the room that I stayed in which had a lovely color combination for bed, curtains, etc. Yes, the lack of an elevator could be a problem. "The hotel was very comfortable, well maintained and perfect for what I wanted. It is opposite the "DOM" amusement park which was in operation when I was there. It did not disturb me at all and I guess if you like that type of thing this is a very good location to be at. The hotel provides a great breakfast but at a price - 26euro. It does not serve evening meals so you need to buy in or go out. You are well served if you choose to go out locally but Hamburg has a lot of cool places to go in the...
