I have been to Hamburg a few times, and this hotel always catches my eye. The name is actually special to me. This trip, I decided to spend a few nights here. The stay was amazing. The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I loved to wake up and see the city, before heading out for my day. I felt safe the whole time too. It was walkable from the train station and to the city for shopping. Next time I am in Hamburg, I will be sure to book here again.

Amazing hotel, with plenty of space! Loved the room and the size of it! Lots of goodies in the room, gummies, peanuts and drinks- full free minibar! Waterbottles! Amazing service and free goodies for kids and adults to snack and drink. Our fav hotel stay while in Europe!

The hotel has some clear areas to improve; the pillows were way to soft, it was like there were no filling at all. Secondly; we tried to restaurant for dinner but the salmon (entre plate) had a chili taste so strong that I couldnt finish the plate. The staff apologized.

The exterior couldn't be helped because of location but the overall environment inside was great. There were spots of condensation and moisture in the shower ceiling. Otherwise the environs were perfect.

It’s a fine hotel, fitness room is one machine and two treadmills so not a fitness center more like a small room , the spa the same two saunas The executive lounge is a small room , very disappointing not worth the extra payment Breakfast is ok, no fresh squeezed juices nothing valuable just bake-off pastries and cheap normal cold cuts , nothing homemade Overall standard

Unfortunately not a great and pleasant experience as far as I am concerned. As soon as i arrived by Taxi the porter guy just ignored me and ran in side back into the hotel (maybe they were not expecting someone that looked like me). The location and cleanliness was average. The toilet had a bad odour and smell throughout my stay. Room was very hot and even when i complained the engineers looked at it but nothing was done and it was still the same. I asked for an iron when i arrived but i had to wait a very long time and had to phone the reception several times until it finally arrived. Cleaning of the rooms themselves was not very good, there was hair on bedsheets, pillow cases were not inserted properly maybe done in a rush but the actual pillow were still hanging out of pillow case. In general i was expecting something better for a 4 star hotel.

Sehr schönes ubd komfortables Hotel. Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert und gehen auf Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein. Zimmer sehr geräumig und Betten sehr bequem. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich. Trotz der Auslastung war das Team gut durch organisiert. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Park Möglichkeit im Parkhaus mit Anbindung an das Hotel ist TOP. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Lage zum Theater mit Harry Potter war fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Super schöne Unterkunft, wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit genug Platz auch für unsere zweijährige Tochter. Genug Bushaltestellen in direkter Umgebung, Hauptbahnhof auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
