This hotel is located at an extremely convenient location that is right next to Reeperbahn street with great choice of dining and adult entertainment. It is also walking distance to fisher market where you can have a relaxing walk with great view at port of Hamburg. Underground transit station is located 50 meters away from the hotel and we feel very safe during the stay.

Room is fare size for 2 persons. Contemporary and clean. Good shower and clean bathroom. No tea pot and cups in the room, but can get coffee or tea from the cafeteria area. Location is close to subways and next door is a good size grocery store. For family with kids please aware it’s only few blocks from red lights district. Good for the price.

Good location for what I wanted. Breakfast is overcharged for what it is, needs improvement. Shame they got rid of the free drinks tokens.

Room dirty. Napkins on floor. Bathroom floor needed cleaning. In generel that cleaning around the hotel was very bad. However cheap hotel. Some might accept it. I will not stay again and not recommend it.

Staff were lovely and the hotel, rooms, beds, everything inside, very clean. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. It's not the most upscale neighbourhood and being very close to Reeperbahn, there are some people living on the street. They are not aggressive and I never felt unsafe, even very late and walking alone (female). Plenty of drunk party people around as it's that kind of neighbourhood. Close to the S Bahn, so very easy to get around.

I've been to alot of hotels... This one takes the cake! 90 min Check in Small rooms on 5th floor Stop in the sink at arrival Fire alarm and had to go outside 8 in the morning... And the day after same procedure I could tell more.. but I guess the rest of the reviews will tell more

Ac unit out of order . It was there but nothing happend . Not a single cup in the room . Plastic chair. Didnt had breakfest cant comment on that . 1 out of 3 elevators were running. 2 elevators was locked and used by staff

Really bad service. They said everything needed to be done at the computer ok fine. But when we asked the man and lady at the desk for some questions, they just looked at us at said i dont know i dont have driverlicense and just gave us the eyes. Terrible service.

Prizeolet is a comfy hotel. Right in the beginning of the reeperbahn it’s surrounded by a lot of nightlife and off-licence. As many are aware it is a red light district and there were a lot of Drunk people even in early hours of the morning. So it kind of feel unsettling at times, however me and my partner felt fine. There’s not many food Restaurants. But there are some very good cafés to get breakfast from. The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy and soft. However, the pillows weren’t very nice. The bathroom was great And came with underfloor heating. The only downfall for our stay was the TV was unable to connect to any devices as the HDMI wire was not connected and not accessible due to lighting fixture around the TV. When I had asked the staff member if this could be sorted, they just said NO. I didn’t seem like they wanted to help.
