I loved the location and facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We visited the sky bar that was popular and not that big, which makes it feel exclusive. There’s no swimming pool which was the only real downside. Breakfast was pretty good and had a nice selection

The hotel was nicely located near a station and away from downtown busy streets. The room for well equipped (iron, fridge, location, drinking water) My only gripe was the parking. The spaces were ting and the barriers was thin and I have to manoeuvre cautiously as to not damage my car. To exit the car park was a headache as the ticket wasn’t recognised once validated at the hotel reception. Had to call assistance twice in order to leave

Nice hotel, they originally had deleted my booking and had to sort out the issue. They gave me free drinks at the bar whilst they sorted it. Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff.

Excellent stay although am annoyed that you pay extra for another bed when you have declared that there are three of you one is a child and several hotels on this trip have assumed that a 12 year old will share the bed with the adults ..it looks like future trips I will have to book 3 adults ... This was not the case with all hotels . But when booking on a comparison site is a hit bad when on a budget then you find you have to pay extra!! An expense not taken into consideration when booking ..

Great hotel in a very good location, close to train and underground stations. Few minutes walk from the city center. It is a business focused hotel but also good for a private vacation.

Nice hotel with good service and location, which we knew from earlier trips to Hamburg. Only reason for not given 5 stars, is the parking recommmended by the hotel. It was a maze to navigate in, with very poor guidance to locate the reception. This is not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of, to maybe make a better signing at the parking building.

Our big family trip 2024
The hotel looked nice and it was in a good location, but I ordered a taxi for the day we were leaving and I made sure to ask for a large taxi since it was five of us plus lots of luggage and we had to be at the airport by 5:30 AM at 5 o’clock when the taxi came we see it’s a tiny little car and they did not order a large taxi at all for us. We had to get a second taxi and paid two times, I asked why did this happen? They said I don’t know. Shower was very small and uncomfortable. We had two rooms. The room size were very, very small and in both rooms the showers were out of hair conditioner, and in both rooms they did not leave any tissue boxes we asked for them. It was never delivered to both rooms.
