The check in queues were quite long when we arrived and a bit slow, however, the staff were on hand with water, juices etc. while we waited in line to check in. Obvious that they were concerned about their customers and their comfort. A big plus!

A lot of good things about the hotel. Great location, breakfast, new years dinner. However the people in the reception were not particular friendly or serviceminded. We got a room right next to the elevators, which meant, it was very difficult to sleep for the three nights we stayed. I asked for another room, but was told in kind of an condesending manner to come back later. You don't feel welcome by the reception staff. Nevertheless, the staff during breakfast and our new year dinner at TOWSIX were amazing. This was our second time spending new year at the hotel.

I loved the location and facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We visited the sky bar that was popular and not that big, which makes it feel exclusive. There’s no swimming pool which was the only real downside. Breakfast was pretty good and had a nice selection
