"A truly lovely hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, and the service was just that little bit better. Both at the reception upon arrival, in the restaurant, in the bar, and especially at the rooftop bar on the 26th floor. Definitely a hotel I will use again."

"A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and tidy, although the ceiling tiles needed replacing as they were discoloured. You had to be patient whilst waiting for a lift, there are three of them, but one was out of commission. The option of getting to the foyer by stairs wasn’t possible. The stairs led outside in case of fire. I would stay again because of its position. "

"We booked the hotel for a conference we are from the US. The location was great for us as we had few good restaurants and cafe that we could walk to. Great friendly reception staffs that all speak English so helpful if you are not fluent in German. The rooms are small (This is Europe), but clean and comfortable for us. The beds were comfortable and the free WIFI was excellent. We would book again."
