"I have no idea why this property is not a 5-star resort, because it definitely should be! The service here is definitely better than other 5 star resort brands. The morning yoga overlooking Lake Tahoe was wonderful. They are meticulous with every detail including a little poem and chocolate with turndown service every night. Definitely go for the 'lake view room" it was spectacular!"

"I would have liked if breakfast was served on the property. I would like to especially acknowledge a lady who works at the check in desk. There was some confusion about our reservations and "Bri" work diligently to help us solve the problem. She was so gracious and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Please let her know how much we appreciate her."
