I’ve stayed at this resort several times before and always loved it. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy atmosphere and a staff that treated guests like family. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one staff member at the reception.
On the first day, she accused us of playing loud music at the jacuzzi, even though we were quietly playing music on an iPhone, and no one else was in the area. We immediately stopped as soon as she asked, but her approach was unnecessarily rude.
The following day, she claimed we were “using too many towels,” which was absurd. We were a group of four and only used a reasonable number of small towels. There are no posted rules about towel limits in the jacuzzi area.
On the third day, she refused to let us use the jacuzzi altogether, stating we had violated the rules—though she never explained which rules we had supposedly broken. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely ruined the experience for us.
It’s unfortunate that such behavior overshadowed what could have been another enjoyable stay. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent future guests from facing the same treatment.
