"The room appeared to be very clean. The staff were very friendly, speaking to you when they walked by. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is fairly close to the highway but it was surprisingly quiet. We did put the a/c fan in the "on" position so that may have helped by providing some "white noise". "I must be honest, it’s a good hotel. The beds should be more comfortable considering Hilton is amongst one of the wealthiest corporations 🙄 but of course why would they care. The staff was the best part, they were kind and helpful. I did have an incident of being scared awake by housekeeping..which was a bit traumatizing for me, but the front desk attendant Dominique, was very empathetic and compensated me. "Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The phone in my room did not work. The tv remote had to be replaced. Refrigerator and microwave were clean, operational and handy. Coffee maker and free coffee was nice. Mattress needs to be replaced or at least flipped. Nothing major or serious needs to be done, but a little sprucing up would be nice."
