"Bad signage. Took a half hour to find my room. Two apps required to stay there; both are confusing and difficult to find the right setting to open the many doors and gate to the garage. Garage elevator out of service, apparently had not worked in a long time (traveled with disabled family who could not park and get out of the garage due to elevator problems). Only able to find my unit and open the garage after help from nice people who rented in the building. I would never recommend this place....

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a...
