"We were just there for an overninght. Check-in was quick & easy, woman at desk was friendly enough & efficient. Room was clean & breakfast was eggs & sausage, yogurt & fruit (along with other choices). Walls a bit thin, but I slept great! Would stay again"

"We started staying here every time we go through Springfield. We have really had some bad experiences in other motels. It is easy to get to from all major highways. They have a pool and hot tub that actually work. The water in the room is actually hot. The rooms are clean and a nice size."

"We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times as it’s conveniently located as we travel from the south to the north. We travel with 2 cats and this Best Western is cat friendly, not just pet friendly, which usually means dogs only (read the fine print when booking rooms that say pet friendly), it has access from outside so we don’t have to take the cats through a lobby, but most importantly, the staff is always very friendly! We will continue to make this a stop over on the future! "
