Very short staffed at check-in and rooms weren’t ready at 4. Had to leave and wait for call when they were ready, after 6 pm. Breakfast was a joke. Limited food and drinks. Staff didn’t refill anything until they were asked if more food was coming. Disappointing visit.

The toilet does not flush, it overflowed immediately. The bathroom is disgusting. The walls are filthy, the place is insanely crowded and the halls, pool, and common areas are freezing. There’s unannounced construction in the lobby, the floors are the nastiest I have ever seen in a hotel. Absolutely terrible! Over priced hotel hell!
