"The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hotel were very clean, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered. My one hiccup was breakfast. We had to ask for silverware and plates. There were no toppings for the waffles…they were even out of syrup. The coffee was watered down and flavorless and the juice dispenser was empty. I understand sometimes hands are tied when a product runs out. There was no sense of urgency from the one lady working to fill any of the items. "

It was much better in my brother's king bed room. There was an extra lamp in the corner by window that made a great difference. Was cloudy and rainy so very little light from window "
