"Wife and I stayed in Flamingo for a month; love the neighborhood and area. Fortunately Lido hasn't gone high rise like surrounding key islands. Flamingo a very comfortable ranch style one story house exactly as advertised. Owners a delight to work with; any issue that came up they were right on it. Booked again for next year!"

"Only thing I didn't like was that the water in the shower started getting cold pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was great! Specifically the customer service! I talked on the phone with Paige with Breakaway Vacations multiple times and she was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

"I booked this private cottage in my neighborhood for my parents who are in their late seventies and have 2 little dogs. It was the perfect spot for them to relax during the holidays. It’s very close to shopping and dining and only a 10 min drive to the beach. The cottage felt very private and Deb does an amazing job of landscaping making it feel like a tropical oasis! Fully gated area for their dogs to hang out was a plus! We will be using this spot again when we have family in town. Thanks...

"We loved the east end of Sanibel and this place was just right. Great communication and cute little place in a great spot. We loved Wikies and all shops just a three minute walk away, as well as how quiet the area was. Lighthouse beach was easy, especially with the bikes. Buy/bring bug spray for calm wind days but overall it was wonderful. "

It was only 2 blocks from the Venue - The Sandbar which was very convenient for them with an infant. The cottage was super clean and just down right adorable! "Great room for family of 4. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so lots of room. Kitchen had the basics but could be better stocked. There were only 5 forks, 5 spoons, etc so we were doing dishes often. Perfect location right on the beach. They had chairs you could borrow for free which was great. The only negative was that we couldn’t use the pool all week due to maintenance and no one emailed in advance to let us know. "
