"great stay"

"We booked a last-minute one night stay at this motel, and the location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Parking was free, and coffee was available in the room (this is huge for me!). Office hours are limited, which is understandable because this is a family business, so we checked in/out outside of office hours. Although we didn't interact with staff in person (only once by phone), the key and detailed instructions were readily available and we had no issues!"

"The place was spacious, clean and nice. Furniture could definitely use updating. Had nice little bar with music right downstairs. Had nice breakfast restaurant with really good food right downstairs also. Was in good location within walking distance of Snook Inn. "

"It is a great location with adequate space for a vacation and great access to the beach. Roxanne in the office was so helpful whenever we needed something. The unit I rented needs some attention, beach chairs were broken, kitchen faucet is finicky and a deep clean of the bathroom would be nice. Bed is just a double, not a queen. Would stay at the property again but rent a different unit. "
