"We enjoyed our stay here! The location is amazing and right on the beach. Pool area and bar were great and the on location dining options were convenient and good! Rooms are on the small side but the beds were super comfortable and the hotel is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend this beach gem. "

"The hotel is quaint, Old Florida style on a private marina. Very cute outdoor sitting areas. Continental breakfast is basic. Rooms are Very small - very grateful to have been upgraded to waterfront with a shared balcony and chairs. The hotel is non-smoking. It is too bad guests don't adhere to the rules and thus annoy other guests by smoking wherever they choose. Front desk was receptive and offered to change our room. "The very congested 1 road in and out of island made travel almost impossible. We understand the hurricane destroyed nearby restaurants that would be walkable, but eating at Diamond Head grill/bar and Coste EVERY night is not what we had in mind for vacation. We had lots of rest, which was needed but not much else to do. The property was lovely and clean, but probably would not come back until other eating options are open."
