"We stayed here while hunting nearby. We enjoyed the convenient location and our rooms were good. We could tell the hotel needed a lot of renovations and it looked like they may be slowing trying to get there. Kids enjoyed the pool but the first day the smell of dead animal was quite strong. Then the hair turned my daughter’s hair super green. As a blondie this wasn’t our first time we’ve had this happen but definitely our worst!!! Need to take it easy on the chemicals. "I was nervous because this brand usually has not very good ratings But I was pleasantly surprised. A few things: very easy and very friendly check in.. the room was very clean BUT the a/c was off and so the air smelled stale and al ost mildewy.. bathroom was very clean but had. Strong urine s well. I bought a plug in since I was staying to 2 Nights and it helped definitely. Room was cleaned each day so that was nice. I rang the manual bell, but no one came to the front desk, despite the fact that some personnel were speaking behind a glass door.
