"This house gave us everything we were looking for. The location of this house is excellent. Easy access to all the things in the area. The private boardwalk to the beach is great, as you do not have to walk over the sand dune. The pool was nice but chilly ($500 to heat was a bit extreme for us). The elevator is really handy.
