"The staff at the hotel made our stay! They were all very friendly and so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were thoughtful touches of fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Waterloo, so very convenient. We didn't sleep well as there was quite a lot of noise from other hotel residents and outside the hotel, however we were only there one night so it didn't matter. "This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London.
