"Always very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and a short walk to the office, so ideally situated. I’m a frequent customer and use the hotel as the perfect stay over when I’m in the office."

"The breakfast was excellent, hotel clean and with a funky decor. Great location. There were a few tiny snags during our stay (eg - our room temperature was too hot and couldn’t be altered, and our room wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days), however the manager and desk staff were incredibly helpful and sorted everything immediately. Couldn’t ask for better. "

"Convenient for the South Bank and walks along the river. Perfectly functional for a night’s stay. And if you like the ‘hospital-chic’ look, then this hotel room style is for you. Bed and shower were good but bathroom is in an odd plasticky booth, decorated with coloured vinyl - reminiscent of a hospital toilet. "

"Comfortable but basic room. Nice and warm. No kettle or coffee making making facilities but there was a sink in the room and a tv with Freeview channels. Very well located for local food and busses into London"

"Booked for my birthday, and although we enjoyed our stay, we had called the hotel direct back in December to check when the scaffolding would be coming down. We were told it would be down the following week, so went ahead with our booking. When we arrived, the whole hotel was scaffolded and our room was in total darkness! As it was a special weekend we would not have stayed here if we had been told this. Breakfast was good, but far too small an area, which made it uncomfortable for everyone...
