"Pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay again. We stayed in a private double roomnbl with ensuite on top floor. Exceeded all expectations. Great location, close to tube and Borough Market. Only negative was no lift so rooms not accessible or suitable for those with lots of luggage."

"Nice , clean , secure hotel. very convenient for Peckham . The breakfast area is super with a great choice of Portuguese breakfast dishes. Our room was compact and without any outside facing windows . Also being next to the breakfast area did mean it was noisy Would recommend the hotel - but not room 08 . "

"The accommodation is ‘comfy’.. There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. Everything within the accommodation is clean well presented & modern. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Check in was simple. Communication with hosts great. Bathroom is incredibly tiny! But again has everything you need. I would visit...

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"Great apartment!!!! really clean and a good size two big double bedrooms nice kitchen with everything you could need. We had car but great bus and train links right outside and uber only £9 into central London we stayed for two nights for our visit to 58th street jazz club we had a great time highly recommend both apartment and jazz club."

"The owner has built brand new apartments. They are really nice…. Very comfortable, close to public transportation…. A couple of things that would help overseas travelers with limited space in bags…. Provide three soaps (hotel size small) as per stay…. Put paper towels for use, fix the bathroom window (unit 2 window does not close properly), the temperature control on bathroom is not working properly… not sure what happened to the security deposit…. Overall a great experience…. Loved it"

I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing.
