"The room size was quite comfortable, and the shared toilets and bathrooms were maintained regularly, which was appreciated. There are designated spaces in the refrigerator for each room, ensuring organization. However, it’s worth noting that the number of parking spaces is somewhat limited, and the spots can be quite compact."

"Very central, my only complaint would be coming back to our room at 3.45pm ish and room service had not been attended to , then got a knock on door , had to vacate while they then completed our room service "

"The walls are paper thin, and we could hear the neighbouring rooms with children jumping around and it is quite dated, the bed was not very comfortable for what we feel we paid for the accommodation it was below our expectations "

"The place is beautiful, great views and the room was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. The only downfall of the hotel is the location. Yes, there is a water taxi that takes you across. Timing doesn’t always work out and the bus times aren’t ideal or the location to catch it from. We probably didn’t research the distance to Queenstown centre very well. It would be ideal for the Hilton to offer a shuttle. "

"This motel is extremely quiet and has the most comfy beds. When inside the room it was very sound proof, even with the airport close by and other loud speaking guests. Room had a really good view. Stayed a week and was a very good stay. Thanks and can't wait to stay again."

"Nice cottage but a bit old. Could benefit from an upgrade."

"Location of accommodation was unmarked and it was with doubt that we entered the address. However after calling out to anyone on the property, we were met and shown the accommodation. It was comfortable but only stayed the one night there, in close proximity to Queenstown. There should be a sign on the road to indicate the accommodation, perhaps? Thank you for the accommodation."

"Great unit, quiet, very comfortable bed, good fast communication from host. Had mini fridge, electric jug, cups & glasses. Only addition I would suggest adding is a couple of breakfast bowls. But wasnt a biggie, we made our porridge in the cups provided. 😋 "
