"The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The two guys at reception were amazing made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has plenty amenities. We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic "

"The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern, was a fantastic first impression greeting walking in the door, moder appliances beautiful patio with a view and clean and well kept. Suggestions for improvement would be to add blackout blinds for better sleeping the shutters and transparent drapes allow a lot of light in. It is also noisy at night being on a busy street our sleeps were not the greatest. Lastly would be better if paper supplies and dish cleaning products were replenished at least...
