"Sólo reservamos una noche porque teníamos un vuelo al día siguiente. Todo funcionó a la perfección, el alojamiento era tal y como se describía y los anfitriones fueron excepcionalmente amables. Estamos muy contentos de haberlos conocido y si volvemos a encontrarnos en Madrid definitivamente los visitaremos de nuevo."

"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying."

"Wifi not reliable at all. Frustrating when trying to finish some work online. The room a bit small but I guess fair size for the central and convenient location and for the price. Although the building is old, the floor and rooms are modern and seem recently renovated and have the amenities one might need for a short stay. The washer is shared amongst all the rooms on the same floor. All communication is by phone or messages and staff quite responsive. We would stay again. "

"El alojamiento me ha parecido bueno y tranquilo, el único problema la comunicación con la propiedad les escribí y a los 5 me contestaron solicitándome justificantes de pago etc y el pago mediante transferencia no lo veo cómodo. Por lo demás todo bien y buena experiencia en general ."
