"Excellent location, beautiful hotel, lovely room. One female staff member at reception was particularly wonderful, wish I knew her name. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. Large breakfast buffet but pricey. Couldn’t use the rooftop lounge area due to weather and construction."
