"Had good communication before we arrived. Gave personal details via email. We arrived by train from Cadiz. And was about a 15 walk from station. Apartment very easy to find using web maps. We were given info of door codes so entry was easy. Wonderful old building, so much history. Room was fabulous with a split area between kitchen area and bedroom. "The parking was impossible at the property, my car did not fit and the elevator doors could have damaged the car. The room was ok, but felt very basic. "It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...

"After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food.
