"Our family of four adults just needed a one night stay on our trip to Alabama. We were very pleased with this house. There was a small basket of welcoming snacks that we all sampled before we unpacked, Yummy. The rooms were very comforrable and nicely decorated, we all felt right at home. My daughter chose the bunk beds, she is an adult but was comfortable on the smaller bed. We were surprised and happy to see how well stocked the kitchen was. "House just as described! The pool was the selling point for us! Even in the beginning of March it was as warm as a hot tub! We had 2 families in town for a volleyball tournament and after a long day of volleyball it was perfect to just relax and unwind. We sat outside by the fire pit and made s’mores ( provided by host!). "Overall I really loved the house. It was very cozy and I loved that there was enough space for me and my 3 boys to spread out. TVs in every room was great so they could watch what they wanted and no one was fighting over the TVs. The game room is a nice touch and they definitely enjoyed it. "This was our second stay in this home; I grew up in this area and we visit family throughout the year. This home is perfect for my husband, me and our adult sons and their families. It’s roomy, with great size bedrooms and hard-to-find three full baths. The layout of the home works well, and while we didn’t use the backyard on this visit, the fire pit and cornhole are nice. We also love the off street private parking. The host was easy to work with and responsive. We would stay again. "

"We were in town for a family wedding and rented this home for an extended weekend. The setting on the river was wonderful, as were the views from the common area of the house. "The condo is just as pictured. It is big inside with plenty of room for the family. Our only problem was the cleanliness. There was hair in the jet tub, and it made a ring around it when we were filling it up. Lots of hair came out of the jets. The pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food on them. Some of the silverware had dried up food on them also. There were clothes left in the bathroom from the previous tenants and clothes left in the washing machine.
