"My friend/business partner and I were in town for GAMAExpo at KICC. The carriage house was wonderful. We each had our own queen bedroom and bathroom and there was even a 3rd bedroom we never used. The home was very clean, spacious, and even had a garage for us to use. Hosts were very communicative. Highly recommend!"

"We traveled to Louisville from Alabama for my graduation ceremony. It was held at the Kentucky International Convention Center and this location was just a short walk to get there. "Everything was as expected, very cute and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out, gathering space for 5 was more than enough. The elevator wasn't working on our last day but we were on the way to airport and just used stairs"

"The condo was nice, but no one cleaned the hall when something was dropped. You never knew when a dog would get on the elevator with you and there was a party on the 1st floor across from us (so much for the noise restriction after 9) that didn't happen. Elevator key card did not work and was not replaced until the night before we left. But we were compansated"

There were 2 bars right below us that we could access right from the building and walking distance to other bars, a casino, and restaurants. "The apartment was way better than expected. Very quit neighborhood to relax and rest up for your next adventure. The entire apartment was clean, organized and had anything you might need. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place anytime. Hope it’s available next year if we travel back to Louisville for another tournament. "The property and Villas are always clean. Location is great, next to the casino and across the street from several restaurants. The kitchens are well stocked with pots and utensils. I always enjoy sitting on balcony at night and the area is always quiet. The only minor issue I've ever had here in the several times I've stayed is with the sizes of the TV's both in the living room area and bedrooms. I am close to 60 and my eye site can no longer accommodate what looks like a 20 something inch TV...
