"Solo trip for 4 nights. I was on the top floor facing the pool and it was overall pretty quiet. Of course there were people and kids in the pool from around 3-10. I kept my window open my entire stay. Nice to have fresh air. Hotel is located just outside of Moab proper. The hotel grounds are big and nice, not a concrete jungle. Good place for dogs. I also liked that it is privately owned. "

"Front desk check-in girl was rude. Not a soul in sight and wouldn't let us check in 1 hour early, claiming "check-in is at 3pm.." So I left the lobby, but she was still arguing and carrying on from behind the counter. Lousy service & won't return. "

"Pool and spa amazing location perfect rooms are nice slightly dated but clean. Floor squeak if you are upstairs other than that for the price I would stay again "
