I wasn't able to make it because I wasn't able to obtain the rental vehicle I rented using Expedia. I purchased trip insurance but I was unsuccessful in filling a claim because not being able to obtain a rental vehicle isn't a valid reason. I am learning my lessons though.

It was one of the more expensive hotels, and yet the pool and hot tub were closed. The front desk guy was great, but otherwise, the hotel was overpriced, and disappointing.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff went beyond what I expected by changing our room on our arrival to one accommodating a disability, gave us a tour of the room before we checked in and explained how its features worked.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. Our bed was comfy with nice linens on it. There was a good variety to select from for breakfast and they offered an extra perk of soup in the evening. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. The outside was clean with some signs of wear here and there.
