The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back. "
