Resorts in Wisconsin

"Front desk this time was nicer. Gave me late checkout due to ha ing a zoom meeting in the middle of checkouts. Morning front desk was VERY pleasant even gave ne exta conditioner once she seen how long my hair was. "

"Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!"

"I liked that the villa we stayed in this year had a separate dining space with a queen size sofa bed we didn’t feel cramped into one space and there was also two televisions having a kitchen to cook is always a bonus for us "

"Very clean hotel, warm waterpark air but not humid. Lazy river was warmest water to lounge in. Huge pretzels at pool cafe were a hit. Coffee maker in our loft room did not work as we found out just before checkout for a cup of coffee. Loft room was expensive at $515.00 as opposed to when we stayed in June few years back at $267.00; same type of room. I asked lady hotel clerk at front desk but got no adjustment for it ; instead had to buy a cup of coffee from the lobby coffee stand. Food at bar...

"Loved everything about it except the cleaning staff parked in our spot just sitting in their car right in the middle of both cabin spots and then parked us in to stock up the cabin next to us instead of parking in that cabins spot. Was kinda annoying. Otherwise stay was great. We kept hearing a pump going off every 30 seconds even kept us up half the night. Maintenance came and took care of it right away which was awesome. Not sure what it was. "

"It’s such a game changer having a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. No need to eat out for every meal and we don’t all have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. Plenty of room and so much fun stuff to do! Can’t wait to stay again"

"Quiet building with walking trails and out of the fray of the main resort. In nice weather it is a pleasant walk to Chula Vista waterpark and main property. "

"Lots of fun things to do. Clean room, I loved we had a kitchen to make meals as well as a washer and dryer."
