"It was too hot in our room. We opened the window and had a fan but that helped until it started to storm outside. Not a fan of not being able to control the comfort of our suite."

"The service by the employees was good, but the bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were super flat, and while I understand that a sofa bed will not be as comfortable as a bed, it was awful. I could feel the springs dig into me when I tried to sleep. It was clean and had a good breakfast though."
