"Very comfy hotel, ideally situated, staff very helpful "

"My daughter (8) & i often go book a hotel stay to escape, and this is by far the top of our list now. Ive dropped a star for comfort only because the twin beds are too hard for me. Many prefer a hard bed so thats personal preferences really. The pool is beautiful and very clean along with the hottub the views of the garen are stunning. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Having a little chat with my daughter when ever she wanted to chat. They seemed to have time for us."

"Everything first class. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated our luggage being taken to and from our room. Standard room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Would highly recommend a stay here."
