"Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. The host was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend! Thanks for saving our new year!"

"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. "Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay....

"Loved the place, really handy having access to our own spa facilities, the hot tub was a definite winner for us. Gary was really quick and helpful with answers to any questions we had. "The property met all our needs. There were downstairs bedrooms for grandparents, an excellent games room for the children and adults, an extra long dining table so we could all eat together an lovely garden. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Location was good, very close to supermarkets and walking distance to harbour. Parking for 4 cars. "This property was everything that we expected, at a good price in a fantastic location. We will definitely be staying here again. Our group ranging from 10 to 55 all had a great time, enjoying the hot tub and playing games in the large communal area. I would thoroughly recommend staying here."

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition.
