"Perfect well-equipped house for a 3-generational holiday. Fantastic setting with direct access to the cliff top via gate at rear of garden. Great pools and children's play equipment. Just a few issues to mention - the "playroom" was useless for us with children aged 0 - 7 : too many low electrical controls etc, would be ok for teenagers. The downstairs lighting controls are frankly bizarre. Lastly, we were told there is NO RECYCLING at the property. Presumably someone's decision not to bother or...

"This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. "From the outset, the hosts could not have done more to ensure our stay was perfect, from offering tips on the local area to ensuring the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and set up in a way to best suit all 4 families. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space to socialise together. Fantastic location with shops/ cafes/ Sobo Beach being a short walk away. If we could give 6 stars we would! Cannot recommend highly enough. We are already planning to book again. "

"The house was perfect for us - super garden/patio for both children and adults too, child friendly indoors too with stairgates, highchair and amazing cottage bunkbead which my 6 year old granddaughter absolutely loved 🤩 plus there were tons of quality toys and books for the children too. The TV room was much appreciated with its absolutely massive TV! Location is good as well - with a decent foodie pub within 10 mins walk (The Pavilion). We also took advantage of their beach hut at Sandbanks...
