"What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again. "

"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"It was better than I could have hoped. It was extremely clean, plenty of extra towel and toiletries. The kitchen is perfect for cooking has seasonings, pots/pans, cutlery and glassware. Remote controlled ac which was very nice. Right in walking distance of lots of corner stores and even larger stores or museums. There’s also a small courtyard/community space just a couple of steps down the street "

"Our family of 9 found our vacation dwelling comfy and charming. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave the feel of a private suite for each family group. A quaint outside area to read and relax was enjoyed by everyone. No problem with plenty of street parking! Easy walk to coffee, food, shops and the sights. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy Philly home! parking."
