"The property itself is great. The architecture and fun decor makes the hotel special and the staff was great. We arrived at 12pm on a sold out Saturday and were pleasantly surprised they had rooms available for us. I booked a room with breakfast included and they remembered those vouchers, but they did not remember to give my VIP Access free beverage voucher - but had no pushback when I pointed it out. Pay attention to all the food and beverage though. There is a value on the back. ...

"I wish hotels would tell you in advance when their pool isn’t open. If people ask during reservations and express it’s important it would be nice if they can post on the webpage or somewhere that it isn’t. Many families were disappointed this weekend, having been in for long day competitions that little siblings would have a place to let off energy once we got back to the hotel. Happens to us all the time—but otherwise a cute stay! "

"Lovely older hotel. Double beds a bit hard. Second room with king was very comfortable. Everything very clean. Continental breakfast nice. Only 2%milk for coffee. Half and half would have been a good addition. "
