The highlight of my stay was being served breakfast by Franchesca. She was friendly and very quick. Lovely girl. The hotel can make some easy improvements like having cups next to the chilled water container. Out of 4 days there were only cups once. "Liked the beach area and the gentlemen running it. They did a good job of monitoring the chairs and making sure those using them were actually from our hotel. Very kind young men. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning, but often forgot an item or two in terms of changing out towels, garbage cans, etc. Our safe did not work and our frig was unplugged when we arrived...which we didn't realize until the next morning. We pulled it out from the wall and plugged it in. Housekeeping came after...
