"We enjoyed our stay at Novo hotel Cardiff it was a modern hotel with a good atmosphere,check in was easy, our room was spotless, the food very good and the staff work very hard and are very friendly, the hotel is well situated for the city centre and Cardiff didn't,t disappoint it.was great!"

"The room decor in this ex-Mercure hotel is a little bit tired but everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The best thing by far was the bathroom, especially wonderful bathtub - a real treat. "

"Not to far from where I was working, the hotel is clean and tidy. has all the facilities you require. I had a room which appeared to be above the gym and you could hear the clonk clonk of the weights. not good if you are trying to sleep after a night shift. I asked to be in another room but none available. so this week I'm definitely in another room."
