"Spacious room but needed new furniture and a proper clean. Basically we’re all clean bed, shower, toilet but corners of room were dirty, dust behind chairs, skirting boards needed cleaning. Chair at dressing table was also filthy and covered in stains - looked like someone had spilled multiple drinks on it and then chocolate on the back of the chair. "

"Check in was nice and simple, the lobby area is nice, and the location is bang on central off Cardiff, could not have a better location. The rooms themselves whilst comfortable and clean, are a little tired. Bathroom door on the inside has cracked wood at the bottom, noticed a stain on the big chair in the room - but it was clean."
